There is no human being who can boost of a perfectly behavior. everyone is guilty of one form of bad habit or the other, but how we managed and adjust ourselves makes us a different person.
we all have some form of bad habits we wish we didn't have. some might be too much eating of food, bad betting habit or may be the habit of procrastination.
so today i will suggest some few tips to help us deal with this addiction or problem.
Identify the root cause: As it is said all things have a perfect beginning, so also are habits. if want to break free from that habit you have first of all identify the cause of it.
write it down: there is an advantage in writing things down on paper, it helps you stay committed to a thing, writing the problem of a bad habit can you be committed to it, its acts as a guild to help you in dealing and overcoming it. when you make it handy easy look on day to day.
Attack the problem strategically with a plan.
Get yourself a trustworthy friend who can help monitor you to see if there are any changes you have made so far and possibly some adjustment.
Give yourself some time: its take some time to get free from a bad habit,some might take maybe 21-28 days, it all depends on the individual.
