They way and manner you present yourself, characters, behavior and in you attitudes towards people depends largely on what goes on in the inside, you cannot expect people to acknowledge you if you cannot first of all believe in your abilities.
When we leverage on the power of meditation, its brings in as a connecting tool between you and your targets. meditation allows you to focus, reflect on past experiences especially the positive ones, think on the future, plan your goal and give you a balanced sense of self control, this is why most successful people engaged in brainstorming to determine a plan and deciding on what to do. unless you leverage on the power of meditation only then can you focus effectively and plan appropriately for the future to achieve you set goals.
